Am I allowed to record the class?

Recording the session and/or taking screenshots are not permitted under any circumstance. We must respect the privacy of all students in the class.

Are multiple students allowed to join on the same device?

Each student must be registered with payment to participate in the class. Students are welcome to share a device as long as each child is registered for the class. Parents are not permitted on the screen in group sessions.

Are your instructors qualified?

Yes, all sessions at CLICK are led by highly skilled educators. Our lessons are based on current instructional pedagogy. You are receiving professional instruction at CLICK.

Do I need to have Zoom?

Yes, if you have a zoom account already, great. If not, zoom offers free accounts you can download the app or from Zoom for free at https://zoom.us (the free version is all you need)

Do I need to pay for the course before attending?

Yes. Kindly send your payment within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. If you are unpaid 24 hours before your session, we will send an email reminder. If you are still unpaid at the time of the course, you will not be permitted to attend class.

Do you offer 1:1 private tutoring?

Yes, most of our classes are 1:1 with a student and a teacher. Occasionally we offer group classes on certain topics for certain grades.

How long is each class?

30 minutes per class for younger students.
45 minutes per class for older students.

Do you offer assessments?

Yes, we offer math and reading assessments. These assessments are very informative because they provide detailed information about your child and help us to determine your child’s next best learning steps.
Our math assessments will determine how your child makes sense of mathematics and measure key number sense skills, concepts and developmental milestones.
Our reading assessment will assess phonics and phonics-related skills required to become an independent reader.

How much are the classes?


Prices vary from class to class. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss what is best for your child.

What if my child is unable to attend a scheduled class?

Please notify us by email if your child is unable to attend a session with at least 24 hours notice so we can reschedule accordingly. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged for the class.
