All of our math classes are structured to help students increase their math confidence, fluency with number facts, practise mental math strategies, discover real-life connections between topics, and enhance problem solving approaches while connected to curriculum.
Topics include: number sense, operations, algebra, patterns and relationships, equations and inequalities, mathematical modelling, data management, probability, geometry, spatial reasoning and measurement.
In this private session, students will work 1:1 with the teacher to develop strategies and build understanding in the identified area of need (math or language). Area of focus for each session will be determined in consultation (email or phone) with parents prior to the session. Homework help is also available upon request.
We can help students in private sessions from Kindergarten to grade 12.
